As our Girlfriend Tribe Community continually expands we understandably receive a great deal of questions in regards to our policies. My goal is to provide you with all the necessary information to ensure your success with me for your business and tax situations!

Tax AdvizHER classes may be recorded. For privacy and security reasons please note that live classes (group classes, semi-private classes, specialty classes, etc) may be recorded and no class recordings will be sent upon completion. Recordings for one-on-one sessions can be provided per clients request.

Unless under extenuating circumstances, refunds for classes, webinars, event, or products are not permitted. A girlfriend has 1 day from the time of confirmation of selected class to cancel and request a class credit. This credit can be applied to a class of lesser or equal amount within 30 days.

One on One sessions are non-refundable. Clients must contact Tax AdvizHER support at least 48 hours in advance to cancel/ reschedule one on one sessions. Otherwise, client will forfeit investment and selected one on one time slot. I want you all to learn as much as possible in these specialized private sessions as well as respect your time and mine.

Monthly packages expire same month and are non-transferrable. Monthly packages which include the monthly Class Pass, Semi- Private Class Pass, and the Beginners Package are only good for the month in which the package is purchased. Clients are responsible for reviewing the schedule for all classes included in their monthly passes and ensuring they have availability to attend those classes at said time.

My Live Chat/Support feature hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Any inquiries sent outside of these hours will be responded to via email. If you do not receive an email from me same day, please know I have not forgotten about you! This just means my email volume is high and I will correspond with you in 48-72 hours.
